Hello and welcome!!

This website was created to be an information source for HUD acquired homes in the Twin Cities Metro Area.  After selling several HUD homes, I realized that there are many myths, questions, and downright confusion in the HUD buying process. So I decided to create a website where potential "HUD Home" buyers could go to get their questions answered. 

Before you get too deep into my website I would like to make something very clear.  Although HUD homes can only be sold through HUD approved real estate agents, like myself, I AM NOT THE ONLY HUD APPROVED REAL ESTATE AGENT THAT CAN SELL YOU A HUD HOME, there are others.  I am confident based on my past experience, customer service, and knowledge of the HUD buying process that you will choose me to represent you.  If you would like a list of past clients that I have worked with please let me know.  

I hope you find my website useful and informative.  I am constantly looking to improve my site, make it more user-friendly, and answer any questions you may have on how to purchase a HUD Home.  With that in mind, I welcome any feedback you may have to make this website more helpful to you.
